It is our wish that those calling for the exile and loss of citizenship of Secessionists be sent a copy of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution's Bill of Rights. This is so they may read the words there-in and see the legality of secession and the illegality of any Federal reprisals when secession is peacefully sought after.
