In response to the Sandy Hook massacre.

Created by N.E. on December 17, 2012

We'll never be able to control the sale of guns but there are other ways to limit if not severely hamper the tragedies that seem so common place today. I recommend the following.

- an immediate 2,000% tax on all ammunition (doesn't affect anyone's gun ownership).

- serialize either every shell casing or box so that it can be traced back to who purchased it.

- and finally require that every weapon have a gun lock on it when not in use. With severe penalties for the owner if a gun is stolen and it doesn't have a lock on it.
