Responsibility and Pragmatism Act of 2012.

In a troublesome time a strong few make decisions that are able to positively impact everyone's lives. Obama we charge you with the responsibility of actively moving forward in a manner that can truly bring positive change to vastly improve the lives of millions of Americans. At present the U.S.A currently houses more prisoners than any other country in the world. More than a few are non-violent offenders serving max sentences over petty drug charges. Almost daily, citizens and their insurance companies pay big money to the 'drug' companies for treatment to various illnesses. Recent surveys show 30 million Americans used Cannabis last year, and legalizing/regulating/taxing this plant could save AND generate billions in savings/revenue and protect Americans from unnecessary prison time!
