Limit the amount and type of ammunition a gun owner can purchase per day ,week month and year. Total amount is 60 rounds per licensed firearm you own and if you do not own a licensed firearm you may not purchase or be in possession of ammunition or be in possession of ammunition for a firearm that is not registered to you.
