Promote teachers, educators, aides, custodians, or any member involved in the administration of public or privately funded educational institutions the legal authority to carry and or conceal firearms for the protection of humans and property from any an all threats that may enter the premises uninvited.
These "enforcers" shall be properly trained, supervised, and proficient in the use of firearms should any threat arise.
