responsibly withdraw further foreign aid funding and overseas defense spending until the national debt has been paid off

We the People hereby demand responsible government spending of OUR tax money through the withdrawal of foreign aid funding and protracted unnecessary defense spending overseas. The United States currently pays out funding to overseas interests (including other 1st world nations) which we cannot afford and have a questionable, if any positive influence on United States foreign interests. This portion of the budget would be better spent on internal issues and resolution. According to published numbers on the State Deparment's website, this amount exceeds 100 billion dollars. This is just one area of wasteful spending that we could cut and have a very positive impact on our current debt crisis that is NOT resolved. It will also show the government's commitment to this country.
