NASA has been be severely curbed in an effort to reduce government spending. In an effort to make up for this drawback we have partnered with Russia's Space Program to ferry our amazing and instrumental Astronauts to and from space! With rising tensions and a shear breakdown in foreign relations with Russia leading to what could become armed conflict; I propose that we break ties with Russia's program and partner with the American private industry to further our goals and research in Space.
