In order to regain our independence and ability to return to space flight, we the citizens of the United States believe the U.S. government should invest in developing a new generation of launch vehicles that will allow Americans to travel into space.
The ability of our government to launch Americans into space is a matter of national security; will help lead to the advancement of Science, Technology, and Education.
We cannot continue to depend on other nations to taxi us to the international space station and into orbit.
Restart the development of a new space shuttle program.
