we need to treat our military with the respect and dignity they deserve, recently breakfast was stopped being served at military bases due to budget restraints and yet we still feed federal prisoners 3 meals a day. we the people propose that we feed our prisoners 3 meals a day and stop serving breakfast in federal prisons to offset the cost
