Revise The Affordable Care Act to respect the constitutionally protected religious views of those who object to abortion, condoms, and day after pills (H.R. 358). Repeal the McCarran-Ferguson Act (H.R. 911), ending the anti-trust exemption the health insurance industry abuses. Repeal the recent update to hours of service regulations that regulates the trucking industry. Specifically repeal the regulations that went into effect July 2013. Repeal the Monsanto Act. Support implementation of the FairTax (H.R. 25, S.122). Tax code consolidation of ALL federal taxes into a sales tax. Repeal National Defense Authorization Act and restore the 4th Amendment to the constitution. Amend our Constitution to establish that human beings are persons entitled to constitutional rights H.J.R. 34/ S.J.R. 11.
