Restoration of firearms rights to nonviolent felons.

Created by D.H. on May 24, 2014

There are many felons in America but that doesn't mean that they do not have the right to protect themselves or their family. Someone that was convicted of a nonviolent crime should have their firearms rights restored, The 2nd amendment states the right to bear arms, nowhere does it say that an individual should lose that right with a felony. If an individual has never shown any type of violence in their nature than that person should have the right to protect themselves and their family or other against individuals that do.
