Restoration of our Constitution and Bill of Rights

Created by E.Y. on February 10, 2013

Restore the Constitution and the Bill of Rights of the United States back to it's original state.

1. Peaceful protesters cannot be violently harassed and or jailed by police officers, or any government officials.

2. The right to bear arms must not be infringed. As our founding fathers intended, firearms are to be owned by citizens to restore the government when it becomes corrupt.
"The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government." - Thomas Jefferson

3. The right to a fair and speedy trial must be placed back into law. After the passing of the National Defense Authorization Act (NNDA) indefinite detention without trial is legal.
