Why We Can't Wait Phase II: End Mass Incarceration and Policing Practices through the Underground Railroad Phase II: No Passenger Left Behind, No Inmate or Community Left Behind Policy.
We need to change the practices of our Justice system, Legal System and Law Enforcement System. WE need as communities to examine the richest cities in our country compared to the poorest communities in our country. Examine the factors of prisons, service learning environments, access to natural resources and technology. We need to change policies that are connected to these practices that produce punitive results that have not end the cycles of death, destruction and defectiveness.

My solution is a law that Requires all including Authorities to be Non-Violent or a No Kill Law.
