Restore 2nd Amendment Rights to all active military personnel unless they have been deemed mentally unfit.

Because our brave military personnel pledge their lives to defend us; and because they are a natural target of our enemies, domestic and foreign; and because they are specifically trained in the proper use of firearms; and because they are defending our Constitutional freedoms at great personal risk to themselves, it is imperative that they be allowed to carry arms and not be defenseless, unable to respond during attacks like the Fort Hood massacre (3 dead, 14 injured), Chattanooga, TN (4 marines killed) etc. Current military policy disallows legally owned firearms to be carried except by MPs, and instructs to cower, hide, avoid or run away. The 2nd Amendment RIGHT of military personnel is appropriate and intuitive as it applies to all except those shown to be mentally unfit or felons.
