Restore all 2nd Amendment gun rights as originally intended by our founders and framers to all law abiding citizens. Remove all NFA classifications & tax stamps, firearms bans, regulations, gun free zones and make open carry and concealed carry legal for all law abiding legal gun owners without having to carry a permit; if you can pass the background check, you can buy any gun made anywhere in the world and carry open or concealed legally. States should have no legal means to bypass the constitution and regulate firearms as any citizen should be able to own any firearms law enforcement and the federal government can use to protect our country and its citizens. Permanently amend this to the constitution to never be able to regulate, ban, or otherwise infringe on these inalienable rights.
