Restore and strengthen the middle class financially. Investigate company outsourcing & suspicious processes to terminate

Companies have used outsourcing and terminating of employees and that is their right. BUT, many companies use this method unfairly, and suspicious company leaders have eliminated jobs only to bring the position back under an outsoucing company or under a different job title. We, the middle class, including middle aged need protection. These actions along with the economy, have stripped us of our financial stability and made us incapable of providing for our families and our right to thrive. Many of us are homeless or on the verge of it. We need assistance and protection from greedy companies and hateful bosses. There needs to be justice and therefore investigations to see if practices are fair and just and we are not being discriminated against.
