restore and/or redact laws bias towards African Americans regarding housing, employment and federal mandatory sentencing

Created by G.R. on October 27, 2014

Restore the rights of accused African American felons regarding fair housing and employment after being held as "Chattel Property" for profit. The right to have accused and/or accused lawyer present at grand jury proceedings. Restore our government to a Dejure form of government using Public Law, not Public Policy. Review, reform and/or redact public policy statutes regarding the Fair Sentencing Act, War on Drugs, Commercial Crimes, Patriot Act and the Federal Minimum Mandatory Sentencing regarding nonviolent offenses that are bias towards African Americans. More oversight of the DOJ and Judicial system by private entities holding them accountable under their official capacity for bias acts and sentencing.
