Restore Article Four of the U.S. Constitution by Amending the USA PATRIOT ACT to Require Search Warrants.

Section 213 of the USA PATRIOT ACT should be amended to give immediate notice of a lawful search of property and records to anyone accused of a crime (instead of the delayed notification of the search warrant). The accused person must receive a copy of the search warrant by law enforcement officials at the time of the search.
