The Filipino people who are children and children's children up to present generation of territorial Filipinos born from 1898 up to 1946 reserve the right to reclaim back their lawfully United States birthright (jus soli and jus sanguinis) inherited from their parents and grand parents. For this reason, all Filipinos living in the Philippine Islands and around the world today must be considered a United States national again and give them back their inherited birthright (jus soli and jus sanguinis) by blood. The President of the United States, United States Congress and United States Senate must agree to pass a law that will revoke, nullify and void the Tydings-McDuffie Act and the declaration of Philippine Independence on July 4, 1946.
