Restore benefits to the 22,000 soldiers with mental health injuries who have been discharged from the army.

Created by A.S. on October 29, 2015

NPRs report yesterday that the army has discharged 22000 soldiers with brain injuries or mental illness without benefits is an abhorrent unconscionable abandonment of the young men and women sent in harms way. This is in direct violation of the act of Congress meant to prevent this from occurring.

This petition requests action by the President and Congress take to make the 22000 whole and fix this traitorous branch of service. For in fact, it is treason to throw these wounded soldiers on the streets of America without resources for healing. War comes at a price, and we owe it most to those who offered the ultimate sacrifice.
