Amendment VIII of the Bill of Rights
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Just because they are not legal citizens does not mean that they should be treated badly in detainment centers. Treat humanly to illegal aliens that are being detained in Immigration Detention Centers.
