Restore Civil Rights to Felons after 20 years that have not committed any Dangerous or Drug related crimes and have Completed all Sentencing Requirements for their Original Offense. Help them regain the ability to be Productive Citizens once again and not be punished for the rest of their life due to the Conviction still haunting them. I believe that after completing All Requirements of their Sentence and a 20 year waiting period with no further offense's. I do believe that those who have committed Dangerous and or Drug Related Crimes SHOULD NOT be allowed to have their Civil Rights restored. For those that DID NOT COMMIT DANGEROUS OR DRUG related offense's and have waited 20 YEARS after completing ALL requirements of their sentence should have their Civil Rights RESTORED.
