Before the federal system usurped our Common Law and Constitution which protected our unalienable rights, the only way there was a crime was if there was an injured party. The federal government is full of fraud. Their statutes are color of law only and do not have any force without our consent, but no one told us that. Their courts do not recognize the Constitution or even their own laws and are private companies as is the entire federal government and all agencies. Attorneys/lawyers run the government, but were never supposed to hold public office as evidenced by the ORIGINAL 13TH Amendment which most people have never read.
This petition is for the end of the Federal Government and a return to a true Republic based on Common Law.
