Abolish ALL Unconstitutional laws and practices. Protect and preserve the rights contained within the Constitution, both for individuals and States. Stop interference in States Rights unless they be in violation of the Constitution itself.
Currently there are unreasonable and Constitutionally unlawful searches and seizures. These must not be allowed without a Search Warrant and seizure order. This pertains to everything that could be construed as belonging to an individual as noted in the 4th Amendment under "effects". Other commonly ignored/discounted Amendments are the 5th( self incrimination), 6th(speedy trial), 9th(Enumerated Rights), and 10th Amendments(States Rights).
As Americans these are our RIGHTS. They are not suggestions. They are inherent Rights that Each American has.
