Bank of America should:
Restore consumers' credit damaged by BoA during protracted Loan Modification procedures.
Offer meaningful loan modifications to all borrowers and fix interest rates at 3.125% for 30 year terms.
Reduce principal to customers harrassed and harrangued by BoA and refund all fees incurred during the modification process (that in many cases lasted for months).
Issue a public apology for its profiteering corporate cultuure and instate policy that places the American public ahead of profits.
Offer meaningful means for consumers to express concerns to an individual contact and competent decision makers.
Empower BoA reps with authority to apply human reason to deliberate over extraordinary circumstances and mitigate problems that don't fit in the typical financial box.
