Restore and Limit the use of the word FOREX to only include transactions done on the Foreign Exchange.
Ban the use of the word FOREX from being used to describe any form of off-exchange transactions: including but not limited to: OCT (over the counter) transactions, "retail market" and or "customer" transactions and "platform trading"
Ban the use of the word FOREX and its short form FX from being used in broker's, firms, agents, website names unless a minimum of half the accounts they hold are actively traded on-exchange.
Require any and all forms of off-exchange trading business, entities, trading platforms- to clearly identify what they are (online gambling programs/games) in such a way that no person will be deluded into believing they are trading on the Foreign Exchange.
