Unemployment claim amounts haven't changed in over 10 years but the hoops you have to go through to get the money have increased tenfold. It's hard enough having to adjust without a paycheck and we shouldn't have to endure 2nd class treatment to get the minimal weekly stipend. It's enough. Either employ qualified people from the unemployment ranks or crack down on those employees who fail to do their jobs properly and are unprofessional with horrible customer service skills.
