We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Restore Education Benefits to Veterans of ITT-Tech and other schools that have shut down.

Created by M.G. on September 06, 2016

With the Obama Administration cracking down on for-profit schools, many students were just informed that their school will be closing immediately. While students who used Federal Aid to attend a school that ends up closing may petition to have their debts discharged, there is another group of students that are left with no relief.

Veterans, who risked their lives for our country and freedom , are unable to recuperate their education benefits that they have earned with their own blood, sweat and tears. Their only options are to transfer their credits to another for-profit school that is in fear of closing, attend a non-profit school with all of their earned credits and benefits wasted, or give up on higher education.

Do not give up on Veterans who did not give up on you!
