A citizen, after serving his or her debt to society and in which the offense was not a violent act or involved a firearm, should be given full reinstatement of all rights afforded to him or her under the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution of United States of the America to properly and legally
bear arms in accordance with law. Present law creates a subclass or cast of citizens with restrictions of rights not stipulated by Constitutional Amendment and arbitrarily interpreted by the District of Columbia vs. Heller decision. Permanent abridgment of gun rights or any rights should based on the actual criminal act which involved the specific use of that instrument as part of the commission of that criminal act and not as some generalized, life long and unusually punitive ancillary act.
