The National Defense Authorization Act is a gross infringement on our civil liberties, and the most basic promise of our Constitution; security from our own government.
President Obama has signed into law a bill that authorizes federal agents to at any time, without warning or warrant, on suspicions untested, enter into our homes, arrest, and hold us in indefinite military detention without trial or explanation, while flying a vague and disturbing banner of fighting terrorism.
As Americans we will not submit to terrorism, tolerate this fear of government, nor accept congress and President Obama's fear of the integrity of our Courts.
We demand repeal.
