Restore Federal Funding to NASA.

For the past 45 years the USA has been in the lead when it comes to space technologies and space exploration. That is no longer true.
Today there are three countries with the capability to launch humans into space. The USA is not one of them. There is no way that NASA will be able to make the USA the leaders in space exploration again until a large budget is restored.
We The People believe that the USA should be the leaders in space exploration. And therefore believe that 4.41% of the US budget should be restored to NASA, such as what the program had in the year 1966.
