It is very clear that the Federal Government is violating the Constitution through its excessive abuse and misuse of its enumerated powers. We demand that no future violations be committed and that all previous violations be repealed. Among these repeals should be Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, the "Affordable Care" Act, and all other programs and laws that are not necessary and proper to fulfilling the enumerated powers in Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution. We also demand a repeal of the 16th amendment and a system of fair taxation to replace it.
