The Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015 includes a changes to Social Security rule that is unfair to older workers (who mostly are challenge in this economy).
The "File and Suspend" rule was in place (for better or works) when responsible seniors planned their retirements. The implementation of this rule affects people who do not have the option of changing retirement earning or spending - it is literally taxing them to cover a budget issue - when they can least afford it.
Please rescind or amend the implementation schedule of this rule to allow retirees to continue to build their final nest egg in their last years before retirement.
