The 10th Amendment to the US Constitution: "the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively or to the people." An increase in the power in the Fed. has been coupled with an expansion of unconstitutional activities and controls, resulting in the loss of liberties and freedoms by all Americans.
This expansion in activity has come at an enormous expansion in spending that we can't afford, spending far more than the Fed. takes-in and more than America can pay for.
The Liberty Amendment has been, designed to restore freedom to Americans, not by changing the meaning of the Constitution of the United States, but by giving it back its full force and effectiveness.
