Nowhere has the American people ever been as comitted to a goal as we where during the time of the Apollo project. During that time we made huge strides in various technologies and sciences. Now this country needs another challenge as we had back in the 60s to go back to the moon and to establish a base there and to go out to other worlds in our solar system. The cost will not be cheap but the gains and potential rewards we could receive from such an endeavor would be staggering.
