Restore gun rights to those that have been hospitalized for being suicidal.

Created by K.H. on January 31, 2014

There is a federal law where if you're a danger to yourself or others, you cannot own a firearm. These two are completely different and should be categorized differently. Just because someone is suicidal, doesn't make them homicidal. Well, upon being discharged from the hospital, and if you were classified ONLY AS A DANGER TO YOURSELF. you can go before a judge to restore your rights to the second amendment.
