Every person in America is entitled to:
1. know the charges against them (i.e. not to be detained indefinitely with charge)
2. have a fast and speedy public trial
3. be tried by an impartial jury
4. to be represented by an attorney
Without exceptions just like Mr. Obama promised when he ran for President
