Spc. Frederick S. Carney was unduly and unjustly discharged from the Nevada National Guard. He has the high regard of every member of his current and previous units and has helped to shape and mold both enlisted and future OCS and post OCS officers. He is currently being denied due to the archaic waiver system that the US military has created to bar certain individuals that are still deemed worthy of serving but are unfairly restricted to being able to serve. Sign this and make our Honorable Commander in Chief aware that some of our soldiers, especially SPC. Carney, are being discriminated against!
