We the people do beseech our government to dismantle the Drug Enforcement Agency which is waging a failing and liberty damaging "War on Drugs".
Ending the "War on Drugs" will allow American citizens to choose for themselves and openly pay for products which they like, without fear of government opposition or intimidation. This action will help to restore American citizens' ever diminishing individual liberties, especially liberties concerning how and with whom we choose to interact with, both in a social and business context. We, the people, have a right to pursue our own happiness.
This government has no morally justifiable control over how individuals treat their own bodies. Our government has no authority to "protect us from ourselves." Government's role is to protect us from others.
