To return middle-class paychecks to the size they were at in 2012. Middle-class federal income tax needs to be lowered to cover for the increase in the 2013 payroll tax.
We re-elected The President, and he didn't campaign on making middle-class paychecks smaller. He campaigned on extending the Bush tax cuts; implying our paychecks would stay the same size.
During the campaign, Vice-President Biden admitted that the middle-class has been crushed. Making our paychecks smaller doesn't help.
The President needs to submit a bill to Congress to restore our paychecks to the 2012 size. Spending needs to be cut, or revenue needs to be raised somewhere else.
