RESTORE MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS TO DUE PROCESS. DON'T I DESERVE EQUALITY AND TO BE TREATED WITH HUMAN DIGNITY?!!

I am accusing the State of Illinois Child Support Enforcement (Sangamon County) and the State’s Attorney’s Office of Racial Discrimination, retaliation, violating my 14th Amendment right to Due Process, malfeasance, violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and operating under the Color of Law. More than one individual has changed court ordered amounts without authorization and without consent from the judge. Refusal to adhere to the judgment granted to me by the Court of Law is in fact AGAINST THE LAW!!! The State of Illinois Child Support Enforcement (Sangamon County) and the State’s Attorney’s Office are intentionally and maliciously singling me out and not giving me the same consideration as they do everyone else.
