the current situation in North St Louis County is that there is daylight peaceful protesting, but by night you have violence caused by some common criminals but mostly terrorist organizations from "out town" inciting violence, hatred, and looting, including Anonymous, "The New Black Panther Party," and a splinter group of the Klu Klux Klan called the "New Empire Knights Of The Klu Klux Klan" according to their own website; the issue is free peaceful protest by day, "the purge" by night; so if Governor Jay Nixon and the Missouri National Guard are unable to the quell this violence and total disregard for others, that Congress authorized the President Of The United States Of America to federalize the Missouri region to quell the uprising and adjudicate extreme penalties on "purgers"
