President George W.Bush declared a National State of Emergency after the 09/11/2001 terror attacks, suspending certain constitutional rights in the name of national security. This State of Emergency has been renewed every two years for the past 13 years, even after now President Barack Obama has declared an end to the war on terror. If that is the case, then the National State of Emergency must end and our constitutional rights be restored.
