1. Shut down PRISM - the program that allows the NSA to intercept all our data all the time, via Microsoft/Skype, Google, Yahoo, etc.
2. Stop collecting metadata on everyone's calls all the time - via Verizon and others.
3. Repeal the Patriot Act - the law that makes the above possible.
4. Close the FISA court - the secret court that has rubberstamped over 5,000 requests to intercept data, without ever rejecting one, and modifying less than 40.
