Repeal and outlaw any electronic voting machines. Paper ballot machines have served this country for over 200 yrs, and the paper ballot themselves serve as the proof of election results. Electronic voting machines are too easy to be tampered with and manipulated, and offer no proof of accuracy of the voting process. Furthermore, it should be illegal to outsource the validation process to any outside company or organization, let alone one that is not even of the United States as presently in place.
