Restore Posse Comitatus

Created by J.M. on June 02, 2012

Posse Comitatus is a law passed in 1878 that forbid the use of the United States military from policing its own people. In 2008 this act was repealed, opening the door for the possibility of martial law in the United States.
We, the undersigned, ask that Posse Comitatus be reinstated and all laws contradicting citizen's protection against martial law be repealed.
