Symbolism is the easiest way to inspire a movement. According to Bill McKibben (appeared on Up w/ Chris Hayes on 11.17.2012), 250 Million Chinese are using 100% of their energy from Solar Power. He mentioned that an Energy Baron in China has a private museum, which at the center of it contains original solar panels from the White House Roof during Jimmy Carter's Administration in 1979. The world has been inspired by a U.S. President before, and can now continue what he started with your leadership. Please put solar panels back upon the White House. It is more necessary now than ever before.
