We, the people of the United States, ask that the Obama Administration return to the principles of sound monetary and small government, the adherence to the Constitution of the United States of America as the ultimate guide for responsible governance, and the recognition of the rights of states and local governments to manage internal affairs not granted to the national government in the U.S. Constitution; That if these reforms are not made immediately the frustration and bitterness of the citizens of the United States shall increase and render the threat of secession and dissolution of this union inevitable.
