The United States Supreme Court, in DC vs Heller, stated that one of the main purposes of the 2nd Amendment is to facilitate Our forming a rebel force capable of overthrowing the Federal Gov't should it become tyrannical. The Federal Gov't, however, now possesses weapons technology that would overwhelm Our righteous rebellion against its future tyranny. And this weapons technology, like unmanned drone bombers and nuclear weapons, is not available to Us. Indeed, We will be arrested for trying to buy or make such technology. Because We cannot bear these arms and thus maintain a credible rebellion against the Federal Gov't's tyranny, our 2nd Amendment rights are unconstitutionally abridged. The Federal Gov't, therefore, must make such weapons immediately available to Us.
