Restore the right of all nonviolent felons to bear arms for the purpose of self defense against terrorism.

With terrorism being a real threat on U.S. soil The American people (including nonviolent felons) should beable to exercise their right to bear arms as a means to be properly prepared to defend themselves, their family or their property against an attack of terrorism including mass shootings, suicide bombings or any other act threatening the life or well being of an American citizen. Restore the right to bear arms to all nonviolent American citizens.
